Try Thai!

For any of you who haven't tried Thai food before- do i have something for YOU! I got his AMAZING recipe from my sister Lyndsey like 2 years ago and I decided to make it last night for dinner. I forgot how good and easy it is. Now the ingredents are probably weird looking but don't let it worry you.

Honey-Curry Chicken

1/3 c. Butter, melted
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. mustard (yellow)
1 tbs curry powder
1 tsp chili powder
4 chicken breast halves or 1 whole frying chicken, cut up

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In baking pan (I use a pyrex 3 Quart) combine butter, honey, mustard, curry &chili powder; stir well. Roll chicken in sauce to coat well on all sides. Bake 30 to 45 min- basting often.

I served it with brown rice and fresh cut peaches, with chocolate-chip cookies and milk for dessert- you know something very thai and not american (haha).
