Coconut Macaroons

Christmas series 3 of 5

Ingredients
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. shredded coconut
2 large egg whites
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
pinch of salt

Combine sugar, coconut, egg whites, vanilla, and salt.

Place in small mounds on a greased cookie sheet.

Bake until golden brown, 16 to 17 min., rotating halfway through. cool on an iron rack

I was really surprised at how easy these were to make! And they sure were yummy!
