Toffee Bark

Christmas Series 4 of 5

So I don't really know what this recipe is really called except "Bark." I got this recipe from a girl in the dorms my freshmen year of collage- she made a batch and I literally ate the whole batch in one night =)

Ingredients
Graham Crackers (preferably the cheap kind)
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks of butter
20 oz package of chocolate chips

Line a cookie sheet with foil, line with one layer of graham crackers. Melt 2 sticks of butter in a saucepan. Turn heat down to med and keep a rolling boil. Add brown sugar to the butter and stir until it starts to boil- stir for 1 1/2 min. Pour mixture over crackers and spread evenly. Put in oven for about 6-8 min till golden brown (will probably have bubbles).
Sprinkle the bag of chocolate on top of crackers. Using the back of a spoon spread chocolate evenly as it melts
Place in the freezer for about 2 hours. Break apart.
