Jesse and I are on a healthy eating kick. We're trying to do the usual: eat less sugar, more fruits and vegetables etc. The challenge we constantly face is that eating healthy is SO expensive. Its even worse here in Idaho because it is in the middle of nowhere and we don't have a lot of grocery store options. Locals combat this problem with HUDGE gardens in their yards. We wish we could garden but we're stuck living in and apartment with no yard to speak of. We try to go to WinCo as much as possible but its in Idaho Falls (a half an hour away) and the cost of gas kind of defeats any savings we get. Any suggestions?

I totally agree. Josh and I found that out a while back when I decided to do the South Beach Diet. Those words you wrote and some of the same things we said. I feel your pain!
