This isn't the photo of the batch I made. I just figured it would be nicer then my last minute phone shot. We had game night with a bunch of friends this last Sunday and Jesse & I brought a huge bowl of soft carmel corn! It turned out AWESOME! Here is the RECIPE we used. We used buttered microwave popcorn and I think it made it better- more salty/sweet. We used 5 bags of popcorn and still had leftover carmel so you might want to half the carmel recipe. Enjoy!
